1. Hot Oil Massage

Use coconut oil/ oilve oil. Warm the oil for less than 1 minute on gas stove(double boiling process) or in microwave. Then apply the warm oil all over the scalp and massage throughly and leave for overnight.

2. Use Diluted Shampoo

Use a mild shampoo for cleaning your hair. Don’t use too much shampoo or harsh shampoo. Apply twice a week. Firstly dilute the shampoo with water then apply and massage gently and leave for some minutes

3. Must use conditioner

Use a good conditioner after appky shampoo and leave it for 5 minutes. You can also make and use a homemade conditioner.

4. Apply honey hair mask

Hair mask is very good. They provide hair nourishment. Use honey milk hair mask.
